An exciting opportunity has arisen in Sefton Council for a Quality Assurance and Audit Officer which is required to embed and support the onward quality of key aspects of delivery within the Sefton localities model.

The successful candidates will form part of a small team who focus on quality assurance. They will ensure that we can robustly undertake all elements of youth offending and early help quality assurance functions including: undertaking thematic audits, making recommendations to drive service improvement and ensuring lessons are learnt through the analysis of quantative and qualitative data, which will inform workforce development and communications. They will need to ensure that services are inspection ready at all times and support the regulatory inspection process when necessary.
You are expected to have analytical skills and some experience of either youth offending or early help would be beneficial.
If successful, you will also be required to apply for an Enhanced Criminal Record Check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
