Looking for a new challenge? We are looking for two Executive Support Officers – to support four Directors.
Success in these important roles will be driven by your personal style, competencies and ability. We welcome applications from all fields. We are looking for someone who is a highly skilled professional PA with a proven track record.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a high level of written and verbal communication skills, due to the nature of the roles you will be dealing with external customers and drafting emails for the Director without reference.
You will be able to work as an assistant to the Director on projects and have a basic understanding of project management. You will have experience of administering high level board meetings, advanced pc skills, along with being competent in using MS applications software packages. You will need to be a proactive self-starter, able to use own initiative, and have excellent organisational, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
This is a very busy, challenging and rewarding position. You will need to have worked as either a:
A Personal Assistant (PA) at minimum of Director level
An Executive Officer/Executive Support Officer or
A Project Support Officer to a Director.
You will understand the importance of managing and responding to emails in a timely and in professional manner, you will have the ability to multi-task and manage a highly complex diary. We expect you will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to work as part of team. You will be interested in what’s happening in Croydon. You must also be able to work at pace, and often to tight deadlines. You will have advanced PC skills and you’ll need a basic understanding of project management as you will be responsible for the running projects and processes.
