Social Worker Adoption Recruitment and Assessment
G7/8 - £34,794 to £43,590 (Plus Market Supplement of £4k)
We have social work positions in Recruitment and Assessment, Family Finding and in Adoption Support. In these positions, you will play a key role in the delivery of a highly effective adoption service working to improve outcomes for our children and families. You will be responsible for managing a caseload, carrying out high quality assessments and ensuring our children are safe. You will work in partnership with social workers in Local Authorities across the four Adopt London East Boroughs
Along with a social work qualification and HCPC registration, youwill possess a good knowledge of adoption social work and be able to apply this understanding to your practice
You will be an enthusiastic team player but able to work Independently and take responsibility for your own work.
Above all you will have an enthusiasm for work in adoption and a commitment to working in partnership to develop and improveour service to our families
