Chelmsford City Council are on an exciting journey of Digital Transformation. Through the implementation of new technologies and application development, we are completely reinventing the way our business teams work and the way the Council delivers services to all our customers, both internal and external.

We are currently looking for a Developer to join our Digital Services team to provide high-end development within an Agile Scrum environment. The successful candidate will have previous experience of using Azure DevOps Server for source control and build and release management, along with knowledge of C#, JavaScript and HTML. Any knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics will also be an advantage. The role of the Developer will be to will support our programme of change which will move the organisation to a single platform built on Microsoft technologies.
