We are looking for great people to work with our clients who have been discharged from hospital to their own homes. You will work with Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists to support these patients for up to 6 weeks, to regain some of the skills they may have lost due to illness or disability.
You will provide the support for personal and social care tasks including:
- washing and dressing
- preparing meals
- helping them to engage with the local community.
You may have worked in a similar role or are considering a change in career. We will provide full training along with support to achieve an NVQ Level 2 in Social Care. Our Reablement team support each other by sharing experiences, being positive and working together as a group.
The successful applicant for this post will be subject to an enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). We will pay for the cost of the DBS.
