Confident and solution focused, you’ll help support the promotion and effective use of our adult social care complaints system. Through listening to people, supporting complaints officers and our duty and reporting system, you’ll be in the perfect position to help the team resolve concerns and raise the quality of our service delivery even further. You’ll be involved in meeting team priorities and supporting managers to operate our process and standards for managing complaints.
Ideally you will have experience within a social care, health or related setting and a total commitment to customer care. You will have excellent interpersonal and word processing skills, a clear and effective communicator, complemented by both English and Math’s GCSEs or equivalent
