Inclusive Salary (Pro rata) from £22,198 to £24,445 per year
Plus up to 18.5% employer pension contribution

We have several fantastic opportunities for talented individuals to join our HR team. If you are looking to gain experience of working in a front-line HR role within a busy environment these roles would be ideal for you. They provide a great opportunity to undertake all activities related to the employee lifecycle and organisational development, gaining varied HR skills and developing your career.
Working closely with one of our Senior HR Business Partners you will provide focused support for at least one specialist function (e.g. Recruitment, Pay and Reward, Projects, Learning and Development, Health & Well-Being). You will also provide support for recruitment, appointment, absence management, employee relations, contractual correspondence etc. You will update and maintain our HR systems, both manual and computerised (Salesforce), input payroll information (iTrent) and deal with a wide range of customer enquiries related to HR.
We are ideally looking for a highly skilled administrator with experience of working in a busy HR department and/or a front-line customer focussed role. You will be confident at giving information, advice and guidance to a wide range of customers using varied communication skills. Attention to detail and customer service skills will be key to your success.
