If you're confident dealing with challenging situations and have an understanding of the issues faced by homeless or vulnerably housed people and the difficulties they experience in accessing support services then we want to hear from you.
What is the role?

You will work collaboratively with other homeless services and charitable organisations in the city, helping those who need it to access the support on offer and improve the outcomes for homeless people in Portsmouth.
You will be an advocate for the safety and wellbeing of these individuals and will develop a network of contacts and sources of support for them. You will deliver a programme of outreach work and will develop activities to support homeless, rough sleepers and people living in temporary or inappropriate housing.
