Senior Housing Officer
A new opportunity has arisen within the Landlord Service team to undertake the role of Senior Housing Officer (Special Projects) on a full time basis.
The Landlord Service team are responsible for Letting Homes, Tenancy Management, Income Collection, Support Services, Engagement, Leasehold Management and Housing Caretaking. We are responsible for 4,800 properties, 600 leaseholders and 300 garages.
Working closely with the Landlord Services Manager the ideal candidate with have substantial experience working as a generic housing officer and the ability to adapt and use their skills to meet the demands of a busy housing service.
Applicants will need to have exceptional customer service skills as you will be responsible for delivering an excellent all round Housing Management service in our pool of special projects which include temporary accommodation, private sector leasing, and stock managed for other organisations. Additionally, you will assist with identifying homes for current tenants with specific needs which can’t be met in their current home.
