You will be responsible for preparing/cooking meals for Tillery Street Campus.
An opportunity has arisen within the Environment and Regeneration directorate for a Cook in the production of meals and food services. You will undertake the full range of Cooks duties to include organizing and supervising the work of other members of catering staff, monitor and record paying particular attention to hygiene and safety, sickness, food safety management system, health and safety procedures and to comply with all administrative duties and procedures.
The successful candidate will possess a City & Guilds 706/1, 706/2 or NVQ Level 1/2 in Catering and a Food Safety Level 3 Certificate. You will have experience of working within a catering field and practical catering skills.
