This exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Housing Maintenance Advisory Team where you will have the opportunity to make a difference to how we deliver decent housing, right across our region.
With your passion and commitment, you will support our customer's experience across multi-channel platforms to exceed our customer's expectations. Your day-to-day role will include taking Housing repair requests where you will qualify the customer contact details, technically diagnose the repair issue, schedule an appointment with the appropriate repair contractor and retrieve satisfaction feedback. You'll be working in a fast paced, digitally focused, creative team which strives to put our customers first. This is a busy responsive service area and we need someone who understands the diverse needs of our customers dealing with the elderly and older people. Someone who understands a landlord’s obligations including health and safety, gas servicing and asbestos management.
