Do you have excellent people and communication skills and enjoy working with the public? If you have a passion for healthy living and experience of behaviour change interventions, then this role could be for you.

The Supporting Healthy Weight Team are recruiting to support obesity health improvement projects that focus on the delivery of outcomes and ambitions highlighted in national and local strategies.

The position will be responsible for supporting the processes involved in the delivery of Adult and Children’s weight management services to Medway’s local residents in partnership with local partners and venues, ranging from schools, leisure centres, early help hubs and in community settings.

Essential Qualifications  

  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above including Maths and English. 

Desirable Qualification

  • UKPHR Practitioner registration or evidence of working towards registration.
  • Degree level study or equivalent evidence of continual professional development.
