The Governing Body is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and high quality Teaching Assistant to join our successful team supporting a child with special educational needs. The applicant must be an outstanding practitioner with the ability to work flexibly as part of a team and who can support the Christian ethos of our school. Experience of working with children with SEND and in EYFS would be an advantage. Hours of work are from 9am until 3.05pm from Monday to Friday. This position is fixed term until the end of the academic year 2020 initially (subject to funding) To apply for this role, you must be a qualified teaching assistant with experience supporting special needs, or a graduate with similar experience and have a minimum of 6 months experience working with children and young people on either a paid or voluntary basis.
The successful applicant will be very well supported by an experienced and caring group of staff in the school. Visitors to the school regularly comment on the high standards of behaviour and positive attitude towards school life which is demonstrated by all our pupils coupled with the caring Christian ethos evident throughout the school community.
