We are looking for 4 Residential Workers to join our Extended Hope team based in Redhill. Both roles are offered at £23,951 per annum for 36 hours per week. The working pattern comprises of early, late and night shifts, as well as sleep ins.
In addition we would love to hear from you if you are interested in working casual hours on a bank contract.
You will need to have the willingness and ability to travel around the county to meet the demands of this role.

We are looking for residential workers with the ability to think creatively when engaging and working with young people with complex mental health and social care needs within our Extended Hope team.
Extended Hope was launched in October 2015 as an extension to the existing Hope service which has been established for 11 years. The Hope service is commissioned to prevent or shorten psychiatric admissions and out of county placements. This multi-agency service provides support to 11-18 year olds who are suffering from mental and emotional health issues or have social and educational needs, and specialises in working with young people who's needs cannot be met by one agency alone.
Extended Hope was initially granted innovation funding as an out of hours intervention service for young people experiencing mental health and emotional crises and currently delivers a telephone and face to face assessment service. It also provides 2 short term respite beds to respond to young people in crisis requiring respite in order to allow them to stay closer to their families and communities. The respite beds allow young people to be admitted to the home for up to ten days. Extended HOPE is a registered children's home run by residential workers and is inspected by Ofsted. The Nurses provide an out-of-hours emergency phone line and a face to face assessment service which is available from 5pm–11pm, seven days a week. The Nurses are based in the children's home and can offer consultation and support to the residential workers.
Residential staff provide care and support to the young people who are staying short term in the children's home. During the week residential staff support young people to attend their education placement or accompany young people to the Hope service day programme. In the evenings and at weekends staff support the young people with family/carers contact and activities based within the home and in the local community.
