Develop your career by joining a school which truly invests in all its staff.
Holy Family is a successful and happy school which has recently undergone a multi-million pound investment programme to enable us to expand and educate more students.
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, well organised and committed manager for the Learning Resources Centre for September. The successful candidate will have an innate love of learning and will be able to instil this in our students.
Holy Family is a successful, well-regarded and oversubscribed secondary school. 69% of students secured a GCSE grade of 4 or above in both English and Maths in 2019, with 52% securing the new government benchmark of grade 5 or above in both subjects. Our A level value-added score is consistently high. Students have access to an extensive extra-curricular programme which all staff are encouraged to participate in.
Every member of staff is provided with access to excellent programmes of professional development, which earned the school the Investors in People Gold award. We have an excellent record of internal career progression and promotion for our staff. Holy Family is a very friendly and supportive Catholic school with an inclusive ethos. In 2018, Ofsted described us as a good school in which “leaders are focused on achieving positive outcomes for students and have high aspirations for them”. We are also a school which has “effective strategies, valued by staff, to support staff well-being”
Full details are available from the Headteacher’s PA, Mrs Fray, either by email: email@example.com; telephone number 020 8509 4274 or via the school’s website www.holyfamily.waltham.sch.uk. The closing date for applications is Tuesday 19th November.
Holy Family is committed to safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children. The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure.
