A pivotal member of a newly created Assets and Commerical Services team you will be an experienced Facilities Manager who will have a strong influence on the continued growth and prosperity of the district.
Leading the service you will provide an efficient and compliant operation of the Council's facilities. You will be responsible for the management of maintenance programmes, service contracts, landlord issues, contract procurement, contract management and budget control for associated activities, and maintenance operatives working across various operational sites.
