As a Registered Practitioner working with people over the age of 18 with a wide range of disabilities, you will manage a caseload requiring assessment, review and on-going support to make a real difference in achieving improved outcomes and leading to independent living for the service user.

Occasionally you will be expected to work outside normal office hours and at weekends to optimise support to service users and provide a responsive, seamless and multi-disciplinary approach.

This post is predominantly based at Brook House, Whitstable but the post holder could be asked to work occasionally in Ashford to meet business needs as necessary.
