We are looking to recruit specialist casual staff with skills in Cycle maintenance and repair and a Sculptor/Pottery professional with skills in kiln operation. We are interested in people who can deliver high quality statutory services with creativity and innovation as part of a whole team approach to reducing reoffending.
Successful candidates would be added to our pool of casual workers who would be called upon one evening per week and on ad-hoc basis depending on service requirements. Please be mindful this is not a full time post.
You will need to have substantial recent experience and a solid track record of direct work with young people. Some knowledge and understanding of legislation relevant to young offenders would be an advantage but not necessary. Some knowledge of restorative practices would also be an advantage also some experience of delivering group work and or 1:1 work with diverse groups would be beneficial.
