What you will be doing
This is a new role and an opportunity to make a difference to the Group and progress yourself into a more senior role.
Implement HR strategy across the Group.
Assist and advise Regional and Operational Directors/Managers about Human Resource issues in accordance with policy.
Deliver training in the Regions.
Co-ordinate recruitment processes for new employees and apprentices in accordance with the policy.
Help with the implementation of performance management systems and provide Managers with the tools and processes to monitor performance.
Maintain the HR infrastructure.
Ensure the Annual Team Plan, aligned to the LHC business plan, is agreed and implemented in a timely fashion.
To work closely with the IT department to introduce innovative and flexible working methods.
What you will need
Demonstrable success in HR Management.
Ability to step up in time.
Membership of CIPD or professional body.
Ability to manage staff and change manage effectively.
Demonstrable experience of advising and influencing managers at all organisational levels.
Ability to be flexible with the differing needs in different Regions.
