HES Catering Services are the Local Authority provider of school meals for the London Borough Of Havering, working in partnership with local schools and academies to provide award winning meals and services.
We are extremely proud in supplying a wide range of high quality catering services to the majority of schools within the borough. We also have partnerships with other schools outside of Havering and offer bespoke solutions and assistance to individual schools and businesses which have their own In-House catering teams

We serve over 15,000 meals per day in our schools..
itchen Supervisor (Brady School)
Grade 4- £23607-£25809 pro rata
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the catering service within a designated site. The postholder reports to: Area Manager or higher graded operative.
The postholder will be required to work: As defined on Staffing Profile 26 hours per week
Ability to undertake food preparation following a menu pattern and recipe file. you will also be required to operate basic industrial kitchen equipment. you will be required to hold a current food Hygiene certificate.
