We are looking for an organised and efficient administrator to join the safeguarding adults team. You will be the first point of contact for the Safeguarding Adults helpline, which receives reports of domestic abuse of adults with care and support needs from residents and professionals across the Central Bedfordshire are.
Your role will involve responding to and redirecting phone calls, monitoring the referral mailbox and web forms to ensure the response time of 24 hours, processing safeguarding reports, inputting to the adult social care electronic database and arranging strategy meetings and case conferences, minute taking and room bookings, as well as contacting people, their families and professionals who are required to attend safeguarding meetings.
