This is an exciting opportunity to join the enforcement team at the Council which aims to deliver a joined-up customer focussed service that is both responsive to customer needs and also aims to manage demand by adopting a strong intelligence led approach to service delivery and maximising digital opportunities.

As an officer within this service you will support changing the shape of enforcement services delivery, responding to customer needs and taking opportunities to improve services.

You will be a talented and energetic individual committed to your own career development. You must have experience in enforcement matters / investigations and be able to demonstrate self-motivation and a genuine dedication to your own professional development.

You will play an important part in delivering a high quality and efficient, professional and customer focussed enforcement service by investigating reports of breaches of planning control, abandoned vehicles, fly tipping and other offences and prosecuting those responsible where appropriate.
