About the Post:
Central Family Centre’s are looking for a Family Centre Assistant Manager to assist and lead the management of a network of Family Centre’s in the Central area, based at Kendray and Worsbrough Family Centre.
You will be educated to level 4 in childcare or an equivalent qualification and have substantial experience of working in childcare settings.
Kendray and Worsbrough Family Centre has an ‘outstanding' sessional nursery provision on site providing 15 hours of funded childcare for 2 , 3 & 4 year old children.
We are looking for an individual who can take particular responsibility for the leadership of the childcare provision and assist in the co-ordination of services for families within the locality.
You will be part of a wider Family Centre team, who together, are offering early help to some of our most vulnerable families in the central area.
If you have excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework, the regulatory requirements regarding childcare, Safeguarding, and have the skills to lead and motivate teams, communicate and develop relationships with families, professionals and the wider team then we would love to hear from you.
