You will have the opportunity to work within the Camden model of social work, a highly praised model which has been validated by the recent inspection process and current Camden employee’s alike. This model has created an environment in which social workers feel safe, have increased autonomy, which enables them to be innovative in their work with children and young people alongside receiving good frontline management and peer support.

We take pride in getting it right first time and as such you will have access to excellent training opportunities and support from a well-established senior management team, so you can ensure effective interventions are delivered to children and families requiring support and protection in Camden.
