Director of Community Wealth Building
£101,460 - £117,348 pa
This position will lead some of the most ambitious schemes and regeneration projects in the Country and will make sure that the communities of Newham benefit from the opportunity that this will create.
This post will have strategic leadership responsibility and accountability for the delivery of a portfolio of activities and provision of Community Wealth Building, including housing delivery, regeneration of place, people, capital investment and delivery of major programmes.
We are looking for a talented individual with the energy and enthusiasm to complete a brand new leadership team that together will deliver innovative services, places and improve the lives of the residents and people that make up the vibrant communities of Newham.
The successful person will work collaboratively with the community of Newham, The Mayor, Members, the Chief Executive, Corporate Directors, and internal and external stakeholders.
