Assistant Director Policy and Performance
£66,117 – £84,360 pa
This position will provide the highest quality strategic policy advice to the Chief Executive, Corporate Director of People, Policy and Performance and the Corporate Management Team and will have leadership oversight of a portfolio of services including; Policy and Public Affairs, Performance, Research and Data, Digital Strategy, Equality and Diversity Strategy and the Partnership Support Unit. This position will report into the new Corporate Director People, Policy & Performance.
We are looking for a talented individual with the energy and enthusiasm to complete a brand new leadership team that together will deliver innovative services, places and improve the lives of the residents and people that make up the vibrant communities of Newham.
To be successful in this position you will need to work collaboratively across all directorates at various levels, working with The Mayor, Members, the Chief Executive, Corporate Directors, and internal and external stakeholders.
