Your New Role
We currently have a post available in the Through Care Team One. The post will involve working with Looked after Children to support through long term fostering or reunification home to their families. In addition to preparing young people to independence prior to them becoming care leavers. This is an exciting and privileged opportunity to support children and young people in their plans for permanence and to prepare them for adulthood.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a diploma or degree in social work and be registered with the HCPC. You will be an excellent communicator with a good working knowledge of theory and legislation including the Children Act 89/04 amongst others.
