The Hospital Team is a dynamic and experienced team that is focused and committed to getting people home from hospital as soon as possible.  The team has established excellent working relationships with Health colleagues who regularly give very positive feedback.

A CQC review of Health and Social Care in Reading in late 2018 found that older people had a positive experience of health and social care services and that people were treated with dignity and as individuals.
