We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Fostering & Adoption team in the role of Panels Administrator. In this exciting role you will work closely with the Adoption Manager in relation to Adoption and Permanency tracking mechanisms ensuring early permanency for all children in line with government target benchmarks.

You will be responsible for the co-ordination of all practical aspects of each Panel, including drawing up the Panel timetable, taking accurate minutes and circulation of these along with maintaining filing systems and data for all cases projected and presented to the Adoption and Fostering Panel.

You will have a flexible 'can-do' approach to work with the ability to adapt to ever changing demands. You will be highly organised and efficient with the ability to produce work of a high standard with set timescales. As well as being able to work efficiently as part of a team, you should be proactive and able to use your own initiative. You will have excellent IT skills and good communication skills with the confidence to challenge others appropriately

This role requires:

  • ability to keep accurate records and produce statistical information as required
