The Property Services Team are looking to recruit a Compliance Support Officer on a fixed term basis until 31 March 2020. The main purpose of the role will be in assisting in the Compliance Team in managing key risk relating to gas, water, fire, asbestos and electrics through effective testing / inspection and maintenance of the Council's property portfolio.
The successful candidate will be joining a team that is working towards developing and maintaining Property Services into a customer focused, 'right first time' service provider. You will need to be committed to achieving high standards and be open to exploring new ways of working to see if they can continuously improve the customer experience.
