The Housing Solutions Service is a statutory service which covers the management of the council’s housing register, lettings to council homes, nominations to housing association properties and the procurement, letting and management of temporary accommodation for homeless households.

The main duty of the Suitability Assessment Officer will be to consider requests for a review of the Council’s offers of permanent and temporary accommodation across both the social and private housing sectors.
