We are seeking a Customer Services Officer to join our pool of library relief staff working at various North Somerset libraries to cover sickness and annual leave. You need to be flexible enough to work any day from Monday to Saturday, at various locations across the district, as required. Available shifts are generally known a month in advance, though can be at short notice.
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in books and technology, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service. Additionally you must relish the challenge of working in different types of library buildings and locations. You must have the ability to use your initiative, be adaptable and work effectively in different teams.
This post is a zero hours contract with no guaranteed hours. North Somerset Council terms and conditions of employment apply.
