Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Working pattern: Full-time
Shift work to include mornings, evenings and working every other weekend which attracts an enhancement to the advertised salary.
Travel across the county is required and you will need access to a vehicle for work.

You`ll be working across the county of East Sussex, supporting people within Supported Living schemes and in rented or owned accommodation in the community.

Support around menu planning and food preparation
Support with keeping your home safe, clean and tidy
Support with Personal Care
Support to keep safe
Support with Budgeting, bills and correspondence
Support with maintaining a tenancy
Support to make links with the community
Support to maintain positive relationships
Previous experience in the field would be desirable but if you are new to working with people with learning disability, your life skills, great attitude and desire to support people to lead fulfilling lives is why we want to hear from you.
