With increasing resourcing and talent management needs, Thurrock Council are recruiting a Resourcing Officer fixed term until March 2020, to join the team. From Senior Hires to Graduate recruitment, this role offers you an opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience of in-house recruitment.
As the Resourcing Officer, you will manage the end to end recruitment process ensuring KPIs are met and an excellent standard of service is upheld. You will also be responsible for a specific area of Recruitment becoming the subject matter expert in this. You will be confident in build relationships with hiring managers and colleagues, while also managing the employee on boarding experience.
The resourcing team is a small, dynamic and diverse team looking for someone who can add value and assist us in furthering our ambitious talent acquisition and resourcing targets.
You will have previous recruitment experience, the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders (Including Candidates, Assistant Directors and any external companies) and possess excellent customer service skills.
