Community Transport Administrator/Scheduler
Salary: £19,094 -£19,931 pa
(One year fixed term contract)
36 hours (Monday to Friday 8 – 4.15pm)
Elmbridge Community Support Services provide a wide range of services including seven Centres for the Community, a Relief Carers scheme providing specialist day care, a seven day a week Meals on Wheels service and our Community Transport service directly supporting these services on a daily basis.
Community Transport provide accessible transport for older people and people with disabilities to Centres for the Community, specialist day care services and for shopping trips and offer Dial-a-Ride, Hire a Bus, Community Cab scheme and patient transport services.
The Community Transport team is seeking to recruit a Transport Administrator/Scheduler who will undertake a range of administrative duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the various elements of our transport service. Key responsibilities will be taking calls from customers, scheduling bookings for both Elmbridge and Spelthorne Community Transport services and maintaining statistics.
