Thurrock Council is looking for a Strategic Lead Business Intelligence to drive forward an effective performance framework across adults and children's services to ensure improvement and better outcomes for vulnerable adults and young people.
You will have extensive knowledge of children's and adults social care services and experience in leading data and systems teams. You will be able to ensure timely and accurate information is readily available for managers to run their services effectively and in order to submit the statutory returns.
You will ensure there are effective business processes and systems in place that optimise service efficiency and easy access to the intelligence operational and senior managers need.
You will be able to represent the service and council at a local, regional and national level ensuring the service responds to the changing data and technology landscape.
You will have excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills and a track record of successful collaborative working.
