It is jointly delivered by ESCC Adult Social Care and East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust (ESHT)

This role requires someone who is interested in helping meet the needs of people. You will be provided with comprehensive training to enable you to get the information required to decide what best meets those needs. We are looking for someone who is dynamic and driven to join our expanding and evolving team.

HSCC has recently extended its opening hours and we are looking to recruit additional staff as part of this exciting new service development. This role is predominately nights, which attracts a 33% enhancement to hours worked between 22:00-07:00 in addition to your normal salary; you will be required to work some day shifts in addition to this.

HSCC provides a 24 hours a day service, 7 days a week including bank holidays, therefore this role requires you to be able to cover weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
