We are seeking to appoint  2 experienced, confident and motivated Lead Case Manager to manage and support a team of Early Help Practitioners within the Leytonstone  AND Leyton Early Help Team, Children and Family Centre Hub.

There are 2 posts available.

You will provide regular supervision, guidance and direction; this will include allocation of cases on a daily basis and within EH timescales, monitoring performance, appraisal targets and quality assuring case work.

You will ensure Early Help Practitioners adhere to the Early Help standards applying a whole family approach and are committed to achieving the best outcomes for children and families.

The service works in partnership with professionals and families to address problems, or potential problems, at the earliest opportunity.  Early intervention may occur at any point in a child or young person’s life and we support   vulnerable families in their homes and work with other agencies to co-ordinate a plan.

The post holder will be responsible for the line management, case management oversight and guidance of EH practitioners and their caseloads ensuring case notes and supervision notes are recorded on Mosaic data system within the early help standards

 The post holder will be responsible for allocating a varied and sometimes complex caseload with clear actions, timescales and outcomes.
