We are now offering full and part time opportunities to join a successful Customer Services team at our high profile Customer Contact Centre.
This enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional team provides help and assistance on a wide range of key services offered by the Council including:
- Council Tax and Benefits
- Housing (Social and Private)
- Property Maintenance
- Environmental Health
- Refuse and Street cleaning
- Planning Applications
- Neighborhood and Community Engagement
Our current focus of telephone, face to face and email will soon be enhanced with new self-service initiatives. So, if you have customer service or front facing experience and want to use your skills to make a difference to people in local communities, why not come and join us?
Who are we looking for?
The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate:
- first class communication, influencing and organisational skills;
- experience in a customer-facing environment;
- excellent IT skills; and
- a calm and confident approach in a challenging, frontline, customer driven environment.
