This enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional team provides help and assistance on a wide range of key services offered by the Council including:

  • Council Tax and Benefits
  • Housing (Social and Private)
  • Property Maintenance
  • Environmental Health
  • Refuse and Street cleaning
  • Planning Applications
  • Neighborhood and Community Engagement

Our current focus of telephone, face to face and email will soon be enhanced with new self-service initiatives. So, if you have customer service or front facing experience and want to use your skills to make a difference to people in local communities, why not come and join us?

The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate:

  • first class communication, influencing and organisational skills;
  • experience in a customer-facing environment;
  • excellent IT skills; and
  • a calm and confident approach in a challenging, frontline, customer driven environment.
