Willowtree is a short break service for children with severe learning and physical disabilities aged 8 to 18 years . In this role, you'll develop, implement and review Personal Care Plans, with the aim of providing for a flexible and Person Centered response to young people and their families.
We are looking for someone who understands young people, how to support their communication needs and who is able to offer advice and support in all aspects of daily living including personal care, activity planning.
We are looking for someone who can work flexibly including undertaking sleep-ins and weekend working.
You'll need to be qualified in Diploma Level 3 Childcare or equivalent and have experience in working with children, some of whom could present difficult and challenging behaviour.
Above all you will looking to improve the way we engage with our residents to ensure they are at the heart of everything we do.
Interviews are planned for week commencing 18th November 2019
