£23,522 - £26,539 inclusive of outer fringe allowance

We are currently seeking a Support Officer - Garages to work 37 hours per week within the Garages Team which forms part of the Building Services service area for the council’s commercial portfolio.
The team is responsible for providing a professional property management service to the tenants of the authority’s 5000 council garage stock.
The successful candidate will be required to have a broad range of customer service skills and be a team player.
The Support Officer (Garages) is responsible for dealing with the day to day activities of the Councils garage stock, including tenant liaison, allocations, inspections, records management and debt management.
The post holder will work to the direction of the Lead Officer (Garages) to ensure a professional and efficient service is maintained.
The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.
