The Revenues Team are looking to recruit an Apprentice who is committed and motivated to complete the programme.
Your duties will include; contributing to the billing and collection of Council Tax. This will include the processing of routine aspects of work including some discount and exemption applications, changes to method of payment and basic changes of address and provide general administrative support to the team, including answering telephone enquiries and emails, photocopying, filing, data input. You will also assist with liaising with customers, enforcement agents and other Council departments and outside bodies as appropriate and phone debtors to chase outstanding debts.
This post will be based at St Peter’s House, Balliol Road, Bootle L20 3AB.
