Job Title: Admin Support Officer
Location: County Hall, Hertford
Salary Range: £18,795 progressing to £20,344 pa
Hours: 37 per week
Contract: Fixed Term and Pemanent Available
The Integrated Service's for Learning Team is a multi-disciplinary team working alongside other Key agencies providing support to schools and families in Hertfordshire. As a team we consist of Educational Psychologists, Early Years Advisory teachers, Inclusion Development Officers, Inclusion Assistants and Attendance Improvement Officers.
We are looking for a competent administrator who is enthusiastic, highly organised and committed to join our very busy team to provide complete administrative support. The successful candidate must be willing to undertake a variety of administration tasks including liaising with schools, clients and other professionals within Children's Services. You will also be required to undertake support for various in-house and external training courses, the typing of correspondence, formatting reports, filing, minute taking, scanning, data entry and other general administrative duties.
The successful applicant will need to be flexible and have excellent communication, literacy and interpersonal skills as well as a high level of computer skills and will be a proficient user of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook. A good telephone manner is necessary as this role involves a high level of telephone work. The ability to work well within a team environment but also to work using own initiative is essential for this role.
