Situated in the heart of Hackney with the thriving, bustling area of Shoreditch right on our doorstep, City of London Shoreditch Park has excellent transport links with Bethnal Green (central line), Cambridge Heath and Hoxton (overground) stations a short walk away.
We now seek an HR officer to join our administrative team and work pro-actively with the Principal’s PA, the senior leadership team, teachers, heads of department and the wider support team across a range of HR activities including recruitment and selection, data management and reporting, compliance and general HR administration.
Meticulous attention to detail is paramount, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to prioritise workloads to meet critical deadlines. On top of this, you should be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills and be willing to undertake further training as required for the role.
In this post you will play an instrumental role in academy improvement, developing whole-school systems and ensuring that the school is outstanding in every category within three years after opening. You will be working with a team whose mission it is to embed excellence in everything we do.
