Croydon has transformed its approach to early help, radically changing the way we work with children and families to ensure they are offered the right help, at the right time, and in the right way to make a difference.
We need social workers who want to make a real and lasting difference for children and their families to join our locality early help teams. You will work with children and young people (0-18) and their families, requiring intensive support, working alongside them to support them to achieve positive and lasting change.
Based within one of our three locality teams, you will take a systemic approach to early help. Supporting children and their families in identifying families’ strengths and their needs and supporting them to improve outcomes, build resilience and improve their life chances.
We are looking for individuals who are able to develop excellent relationships with children, families and professionals and can inspire and motivate to enable change.

The salary range is Grade 11 Scp 33 to 35 - £37,842 to £39,774
