A great opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager to join North Somerset Council’s Housing Solutions Service. You will lead a team that delivers our housing register service – Home Choice as well as front line housing options advice. Providing excellent customer service to those in housing need (including vulnerable households) and ensuring the service meets legislative requirements.
You should be an experienced manager with the confidence to take the lead on implementing new processes and empowering staff to achieve more with limited resources.
An excellent team player with the ambition to deliver high quality services to those in housing need you will be able to use your skills in a fast-paced environment working alongside homeless prevention colleagues.
