If you are a Social Worker, Occupational Therapist or Nurse with experience in Social Care and would like to be a part of the Short Term Pathways Team during a time of exciting and innovative change then we would love to hear from you.
The new Adult Social Care and Health service operates with modernised office processes and performance management systems. It is increasingly accessible to the public outside of traditional office hours, as we move towards an 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week service to ensure service needs are met.
