We are a forward thinking and expanding SEN Team who are excited to offer the opportunity for 2 EHC Plan Co-ordinators to join us - on a 12 month fixed-term basis - in providing a quality service to help children and young people improve their outcomes and achieve their aspirations.

 

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the case work relating to the statutory special educational needs (SEN) process, including the writing, reviewing and amending of EHC plans.

 

You will ensure statutory timescales are met, quality EHC plans are written, and good communication is maintained with families and professionals.

 

You'll need to be qualified to degree level and have experience working with children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities.

 

A high degree of interpersonal skills, coupled with good organisational skills, are essential - as is a sense of humour!

 

Above all, you will be looking to improve the way we engage with our families to ensure they are at the heart of everything we do.

 

Interviews are planned for 29/10/19.

 

The successful applicant must have the ability to converse with members of the public and provide advice in accurate, spoken English
