Our passion and aspirations require an equally minded individual who will be responsible for supporting and working with managers to research, devise, plan, write and implement policies, procedures and working practices applicable to the needs of the service.
The role will involve writing high quality business cases, complex and detailed reports and will involve researching relevant sources that evidence the need for change or revising current working practices.
The post holder will also have experience of gathering information, analyzing content, organizing and structuring outline; writing content, formatting content, orchestrating peer and management reviews of policies and procedures.
