Full Time Hours, Permanent Contract

We have a big Learning Development & Change agenda at Hertfordshire County Council, and we’re looking for someone to join us to lead an established team who support our workforce of 8,000 as our organisation evolves.

The HR manager Learning Development and Change will be key to helping us with our strategic priorities which include managing the delivery of our Learning and development offer with 3rd party partners and in-house teams, leadership development and cultural & behavioural change as we ask our organisation to operate differently.
